Before his Honor the Chief Justice. 

Barristers present—Mr Butler Acting-Attorney-General, and Messrs Holroyd, Dalley, Stephen and Lee.

UNNATURAL CRIME..

Henry Clarke was indicted for this offence, and found guilty. Sentence, to be imprisoned and kept at hard labour on the roads or other public works of the colony for the term of two years; and at the expiration of that period to find sureties, himself £100 and two sureties in £50 each, to be of good behaviour for the period of two further years.

Henry Clarke, convicted of committing an unnatural offence, was sentenced to imprisonment, with hard labour, on the roads or other public works of the colony, for the term of two years; and at the expiration of that
