GOULBURN POLICE COURT.
FRIDAY, MARCH 12.

BEFORE the Police-Magistrate.

    One drunkard was cautioned and discharged.

SATURDAY, MARCH 13.

BEFORE the Police-Magistrate.

    James Dee, alias Duke, was charged, on the information of the police, with indecent exposure on the Great Southern Road  and Auburn Street,  on Wednesday and Thursday last.

    Mr Betts appeared for defendant, who pleaded not guilty.

    After hearing the evidence of Constable Bourke (the apprehending constable) Charlotte Nettleton, and Mary Anne Osborne, which is unfit for publication.

    Mr Betts addressed the bench for the defence.

    Defendant was convicted on both offences, and sentenced to be imprisonment in Goulburn gaol for three months with hard labour.

SATURDAY, MARCH 13.

BEFORE the police-magistrate.

    James Dee alias Duke was charged on the information of the police with indecent exposer in a public street off the Sydney road..

    Mr Betts appeared for defence.

    Evidence of the offence was given by Charlotte Nettleton

    There was a second charge of a similar offence in Auburn-street against same defendant. This was an offence of a very gross nature.

    The police-magistrate convicted defendant on both charges, and sent him to gaol for two months for the first and three months for the second, the sentences to be concurrent.
