Albert Edward Johnston [aka Johnson] pleaded not guilty to a charge of misconduct, accused who was defended by Mr ER Abigail, was found not guilty and discharged.

Mr Herbert Harris, Crown Prosecutor.
Albert Edward Johnson pleaded not guilty to misconduct, [bestiality], at Manly on October 21. The jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and the accused was discharged. Mr ER Abigail appeared for the accused.
