ACQUITTED AND DISCHARGED.
Matthew [aka Mathew] Walker, [38], and Herbert Pigott [aka Herbert Piggott, 28] were acquitted and discharged, in No. 2 Court of the Quarter Sessions, of a serious offence, [attempted buggery], alleged to have been committed at Waterloo on February 7. Mr JW Abigail was for both accused.
