    The results of the 1919 final examination of the sheep and wool department of the Sydney Technical College have just been made available. The passes in order of merit are:—

    Honours Grade.—C Sinclair, GB Phillips, H Stuckey, RG Wheen. JB Carton, WT Murray.

    Pass.—GC Tully, LH Visser, SR Gordon, AA Evans, L Ferris, AB Shapcott, JK Holmes, CE Dance, LE Banner, GB Morrow, GV Walters, DJ Drakes, TV Starch, TW Opperman, GE Maddocks, TP Van Der Walt, N Dwyer, RS Farncombe, M Ryan, GE Dunn.

    The results of the sheep judging competition are as follows:—First, Harold Stuckey; second, Leo H Visser; third, PD Trickett.

    Crown Prosecutor, Mr CE Weigall, KC, (Solicitor-General).

ACQUITTED AND DISCHARGED.

    Theodore William Opperman , [23], was charged with assault; there was a second count of indecent assault [on Francis McAlliste]. Mr Curtis, KC, with him Mr Symonds (instructed by Mr HL Kinsey), appeared for the defence. Accused was acquitted and discharged.
