ABORIGINAL SENTENCED.

    Joseph Dixon, 41, an aboriginal, employed as a houseman, was charged with indecent conduct, [indecent assault on [Robert Bruce Mackie], at Sydney on May 26.

    Accused was convicted, and sentenced to 12 months’ imprisonment with hard labour in Maitland Gaol.
