Crown Prosecutor, Mr VH Treatt.
Douglas Watsford, 27, barman, was charged with having indecently assaulted Alfred Meeve, 40, coal-lumper at Sydney, on June 25, and the latter was charged with aiding and abetting.
Mr Small (instructed by Mr F Fanker) appeared for Meeve, and Mr ACR Twigg for Watsford.
Both of the accused were convicted, and were each bound over in recognisances of themselves and one surety each in £50 to come up for sentence if called upon within three years.
