    John Joseph White, on remand on a charge of indecency at the bathing sheds, Coffs Jetty, failed to appear when called.—Bail totalling £40 of which £20 was the accused’s recognizance and £20 of Ernest Patrick Fogarty’s, was ordered to be estreated, and a warrant issued for White’s arrest.

    Police v. L McDonald, supplying cigarettes to a boy under 16 years of age.—Fined £1 and 9/- costs, in default 14 days.

    Police v. William Hill, alleged disobedience of maintenance order.—Adjourned till March 11, 1919.

    Daniel Newman, who was arrested on a warrant from Lismore, on a charge of wife desertion, was remanded to Lismore, bail being allowed.

    Archibald Smith v. WT Perry, alleged insulting words.—Postponed to 25th instant.

    John Joseph White, on remand for charge of indecency at Coff’s Jetty bathing-sheds, failed to appear.—Bail totalling £40, was ordered to be estreated, and a warrant issued for his arrest.

    Hawkers’ licenses were granted to Enrest Pullea, George Pullen, and EJ Burns; and a second-hand dealer’s license to J Kane.
