Mr JHP Murray prosecuted for the Crown.
NOT GUILTY.
William Riley, [40], pleaded not guilty to a charge of assaulting George Adams, at Sydney, on May 22. Mr H Levien defended the accused.
The jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and the accused was discharged.

ACQUITTAL.
William Riley was charged with [indecently] assaulting George Adams at Sydney on May 22. The accused, who pleaded not guilty, was defended by Mr H Levien.
The jury returned a verdict of not guilty, and the accused was discharged.
