31 Redfern.—Two warrants have been issued by the Children’s Court Bench for the arrest of Frederick Sydney Aller,—First, charged with disobeying a magisterial order for the support of his wife (£129 8s due); and second, a commitment warrant for £228 2s, in default imprisonment until the order is complied with for disobeying a similar order for the support of his child. He is 37 yrs of age, fair complexion and hair, eye teeth are gold capped and very noticeable, four artificial teeth in front of upper jaw; usually dressed in a navy-blue suit, grey felt hat, and tan shoes. His right hand may be amputated, or show signs of having been crushed.

Frederick Sydney Aller, charged on warrant with disobeying a magisterial order for the support of his wife (£20 8s amount and costs due), has been arrested by Sgt 2nd class Thornley, Const 1st class Ramus and Consts Walsh and Bodel, Wagga Wagga Police.
