    John Byhurst was charged with immoral conduct, and the Bench decided to recommend the cancellation of his ticket.

    THE tickets of leave of the undermentioned Prisoners of the Crown have been cancelled for the reasons stated opposite their respective names:—

    John Byhurst, Lady Harewood (1), immoral conduct, Bathurst Bench.
