The Circuit Court was opened at Dubbo, on April 2, before his Honor Judge Dowling.

Dionynosus Treemewen [aka Dionysius Tremewen] was indicted for having at Red Hill, on the 25th February, attempted to commit a case of beastiality [sic] [with a mare ]. He was found guilty, and remanded for sentence.
