INDECENT EXPOSURE.
George Stevens, an elderly man, was charged with indecently exposing his person in a public place, at Newcastle, on the 28th instant.
The case was adjourned till Friday next, on account of the absence of the principal witness, who was in Sydney.

INDECENT EXPOSURE.
George Stevens, seaman, the charge against whom was postponed from Tuesday last, for wilfully and obscenely exposing his person in a public place, at Newcastle, on the 26th inst, was convicted of the offence, and sentenced to six months imprisonment in Maitland gaol.
