DUBBO QUARTER SESSIONS.
THE Dubbo Quarter Sessions will commence on Tuesday next, before Mr Acting Judge Coffey. Mr Wade will prosecute. The following cases are down for trial:—
John Merlow and Martin Deprazz, wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
William Reynolds, burglary.
Charles Miller, forgery.
William Edward O’Brien, false pretences.
William Edward O’Brien, bigamy.
Herbert McGill, assault with intent to carnally know.
Martin Linnane, arson.
Michael Ryan, James Stanley, and Arthur Nixon, assault and robbery.
James Power, bestiality.
