Saturday.
Before the Police Magistrate.

    Elfrida Nathan pleaded guilty to drunkenness and was discharged with a caution.

Monday.
Before the Police Magistrate.

    John Perry (a brute in human form) pleaded guilty to two charges of wilful indecency in view of sundry respectable little girls in Bridge-street.

    His worship very properly sentenced the fiend to six months’ imprisonment in Bathurst gaol for each offence, the sentences to be cumulative, and expressed regret that it was not within his power to order a severe flogging in addition.

    Elfrida Nathan pleaded guilty to drunkenness and discharged with a caution.

Monday.
(Before the Police Magistrate.)

    John Perry pleaded guilty to two charges of indecency in Bridge-street.

    Accused was sentenced to six months’ imprisonment in Bathurst gaol for each offence, the sentences to be cumulative.

    William Harrison Green, pleaded guilty to having used an unregistered brand at Upper Kangarooby on February 22nd. Fined £5 and costs 4s 10d to be recovered b levy and distress. The accused having confessed he had no goods to levy on was sent to gaol for a month.

    Police v. P Walsh. Cutting timber without a license. Fined 10s and costs 4s 10d.
