    Mr W Tighe prosecuted for the Crown.

A PLEA OF GUILTY.

    Henry Winner pleaded guilty to a charge of lewdness, and was remanded for sentence. His Honor remarked that it was astonishing the number of undesirable that came before the Sessions.

    Henry Winner, lewdness, imprisonment till September 11. His Honor remarked that this person was more of a nuisance than a wilful criminal.

SENTENCED AT THE SESSIONS.

    Judge Backhouse, at the final sitting of the Darlinghurst Sessions passed sentences upon a number of prisoners.

    Henry Winner, about 32 years of age, convicted lewdness, and now serving a sentence, was ordered to be kept in custody until September 11 next. The Judge remarked that it seemed Winner was more of a nuisance than a wilful criminal.

    Henry Winner, for an indecent offence at Annandale, was ordered to remain in prison until September 11. He was serving a sentence for a similar offence.
