Crown Prosecutor, Mr TS Crawford.
ALLEGED INDECENT BEHAVIOUR.
Frederick Williams, [38], and Harry Wilton, [52], were charged with behaving in an indecent manner in Hyde Park, on August 7; and Mary Brown [aka Mary Solomon; Bourke; Williams, 40] was charged with aiding and abetting. The accused, upon being found not guilty, were charged with lewdness, and were bound over to come up for trial within three months.
