MURRURUNDI.
QUARTER SESSIONS.
There was only one case before this Court, Acting-Judge Browning sitting. Mr W Bevan appeared as Crown Prosecutor. Albert Victor Francis, charged with attempting beastiality, pleaded guilty. Ordered to enter into recognizances to appear, if called upon for sentence within 3 years, and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for that period. Francis in £40, and two sureties of £40 each. Recognisances entered into.

[MURRURUNDI] QUARTER SESSIONS.

Mr Walter Bevan appeared as Crown Prosecutor.
George Hopper, junior, hotelkeeper, Scone, was fined 40s for non-attendance as a juror.
Alfred Victor Pellett Francis was charged with attempted beastiality [sic]. Mr CP Thomas, of Quirindi, appeared for the accused, who pleaded guilty.
The accused was ordered to enter into recognisances to appear for sentence, if called upon, at any time within three years, and to be of good behaviour and to keep the peace during that time.
